2 - Watch the videos.
3 - Take and record your dogs’ measurements on the measurement form; as well as photograph each measurement.
4 – Come back here and fill in the “On-Line Information Form” below. All the information on this form will be sent to us for review and we will contact you within 48 hours.
Please Note: If your Photographs are on your phone you can use it to fill out this form. That way you can upload them with little effort.
